Sky are as much use a a chocolate teapot 😡 my sky glass tv, the sound has been muffling/ it sound like the tv is under water !! This is a brand new tv and sky can't assist me. Any help ?

If this issue is not resolved following pulling the plug from the wall for a few minutes I would suggest the tv requires replacement if still under warranty . Unfortunately the lines are very busy at the moment with all of the other issues being experienced

As always with Glass I bet they said it was a connection issue
