Sjy glass not working

A Sky engineer confirmed my TV is faulty and said I would be contacted regarding a replacement. However no one has called and when I ring Sky a message says I'll be contacted if necessary. Meanwhile my TV is still not working! Very frustrating that I can't find a way to to get a final outcome. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sky don't have engineers for Sky Glass. Can you elaborate?

If you're  sky glass tv  is not working  and it is still  under warranty  then you  need to contact  them and ask for  a  replacement
