Keeps say loading prog then it comes up technical fault sick of it paying all this money and you've to keep switching of and on missing parts of programmes

Hi,
Try connecting with an Ethernet cable and turn WiFi off in Settings/Network/Advance Settings
Also, separate question...... how many devices are there on your Network...... Depending on the number and with a speed of 37.5 Mbs you could have insufficient Bandwith for Glass to run.

You need at least 60mps of broadband to your hub before you even connect anything to the Internet, sky glass tv if I remember right for hd is at least 25mps uhd 35mps, go to Netflix, go to get help, open it scroll down to check network service and run that, that will tell you what speed the tv is getting
