Hi I'm new to Sky. So please forgive me if this is a daft question. I notice that I can share my account with family 👍 to do this do they need a puk?
Any help to understand how this works will be greatly appreciated.

@SKY1992bf it can be found under My Details once logged into your account. Have re read the t's & c's and believe it refers to SkyGo although I do think it should be made clearer

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RobinaS You can't share the TV service, so no you can't give them a puck and allow them to use on your account. They will need their own account & subscription for Sky Glass.

it's something completely different
