Similar issue here. Followed all steps. Have even tried a different router. 

When HomeKit pairing it provides QR code but it never works. In fact when I enter it the first time it immediately changes. 

When screen sharing I get the 4 digit code and enter on my phone but it never accepts it. Just repeatedly asks for the code. 

All other HomeKit devices work fine on my network.

I can concur. Ours started to work last night. We didn't do any of the resets. Just tried it again and it's worked from all devices.

Yeah nothing. Didn't even reset the apps. Just tried it and it worked straight away. Tried it with music pictures and video. All fine
