Have I pucked up
I have just renewed my Sky contract. On top of the existing package I am now getting the sky glass air. As part of my old package I had one extra receiver to watch on another TV. As part of the new package the sky employee told me I needed a puck with the sky glass and an additional puck (one off payment of £39) if I wanted to continue watching on another TV. I thought the glass tv negated the need for an external puck, I feel like I may have been misold this extra puck. Is this right?

What did you renew? Were you a Sky Q customer or a Sky Stream customer?
Sky Glass Air is a TV with the SkyOS streaming service built in. If you want to watch your Sky channel package on another TV then you do need an additional Sky Stream puck to attach to your other TV, as well as the Whole Home subscription. This then shares your package on both the Glass Air TV and the Stream puck attached to your other TV.
