Hi @A555 

 

What is the WiFi like where you puck is? What speed do you get? Pucks require 25mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. If WiFi is marginal you may have a better experience using home plugs / ethernet cable and turning WiFi off in the settings.

 

You can check the speed your puck is getting by opening netflix and going to settings > connection test.

 

If it's meeting the minimum requirements, try powering off at the mains for a minimum of 5 minutes and trying again.
