My sky class keeps freezing and going off

My sky class is freezing and going off please sort it um getting fed up with it why are we paying for and thing keeps happening with it both Internet and sky class

Freezing is usually the result of an unstable internet connection going to the Sky Glass. Do you have it connected via Wifi or ethernet?

Yes I do and it still playing up I'm getting fed up with it now won't I paiding it for it when it plays up every time

In that case the first test to perform to check if the problem is your Wifi network is to connect it to the internet via an ethernet cable. When doing this you should disable the Wifi in the Glass Network settings and then give the Glass a reboot by turning it off at the plug for a couple of minutes.

 

If this solves your problem then the issue is related to the strength and stability of your Wifi network. If that doesn't solve the problem it could be a few other things but this is generally the best test to do first.
