Screen freezing

Watching itv1 on sky glass and the screen keeps going blank. Earlier watching 4, the sound kept corrupting. Apparently no faults in our area but surely there has to be.

The software on Glass can be a bit glitchy. Try rebooting the TV by turning it off at the wall for a couple of minutes then power it back on and see if that helps.

OR try the restart option it maybe a bit more convenient😉

I've tried rebooting both the TV and the broadband router but no change. It freezes when watching live sport and news
