Sound out of sync with the picture
Watching live football. Commentators voice is out of sync with the picture and interviews following the game are the same. Pictures are out of sync with the sound.

Re: Sound out of sync with the picture
@Nichola10 You have posted on the broadband board of the community forum. What platform are you seeing these issues on? Sky Q or Sky Glass or Sky Stream?
If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.

Seems to be quite a common issue. Give your TV a full reboot and see if that helps. Disconnect it from the mains for a few minutes then power it back on and allow it to reboot. This often helps clear the cache and fixes glitches such as this, even if only temporarily.

Re: Sound out of sync with the picture
I am finding almost every day that the sound is a few seconds ahead of the picture. This is happening on Sky Glass and my Sky stream hubs. Switching off and on again at the mains solves the immediate problem only for it to return the next day or day after. Is there a better solution? By the way I have Virgin broadband which is fast.
