SKY GLASS

I HAD A PHONE CALL THE OTHER WEEKEND TRYING TO GET ME TO SWAP TO SKY GLASS, THE ASSISTANT WAS VERY PUSHY AND IN THE END I DID SAY I NEEDED TO SEE EVERYTHING IN WRITING, BUT SHE WOULS NOT LISTEN WANTED A ANSWER STRAIGHT AWAY, GTHEN LAST WEEK A RECEIVED A LETTER TELLING ME I NEEDED TO RETURN MY SKY Q MINI BOX BAX BY THE 24TH OF OCTOBER.  I DONT WANT TO LEAVE SJY BUT I DIDNT APPRECIATE THE PUSHY SALES LADY ON THE PHONE ON A WEEKEND AFTERNOON.  I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 19 YEARS, SO WOULD LIKE TO CARRY ON WITH YOU

Pushy sales calls are never a pleasant experience. I just simply hang up - it's always the best plan of action if they are trying to sell you something you didn't ask for. 

You may want to submit a formal complaint via one of the methods listed here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint 

 

It seems odd to have been asked to return a minibox. Did you remove multiroom from your subscription or make any other changes to your existing service?

You should check your Sky account on the website to check if you have unwittingly agreed to be switched to a different Sky TV service such as Sky Stream.

It's best of you ring Sky for further investigation. We are just fellow customers on here and cannot assist with account related issues.
