Within the cooling off period you can do so: after the first month you'll need a more comprehensive argument than 'rubbish'

I have 4 pucks and a 65" Glass and have had it 3 years. It works far better than Q ever did for me. Unless you tell us what you need help with, the community cant help you.
What exactly is the issue. Appreciate you are likely frustrated, but we are fellow customers not Sky. We aren't here to argue, but you need to give us a clue!

Totally agree. Sky glass has to be the worst consumer entertainment product I have ever tried to used.
Good luck contacting sky
When I go to the page with the form to submit an issue

That won't work either. The number of customers with correctly functioning Glass TVs would render that an ineffective argument too.
