Since the the roll back I have had awful download speeds via ether etc but fine on WiFi. My Netflix speed checker with showing a speed of 89mbps via Ethernet but a speed of 389mbps via wifi

That's not an issue, the ethernet port is only 100Mbps on Stream / Glass so around 89mbps is perfect for the service and far exceeds the recommended speeds needed.
The WiFi is faster but ethernet is much more reliable for streaming.

I have had multiple pictures freezes and looping when connected via ethernet, but have had no problems with WiFi.
