Hello, i would like to return a defective sky glass remote. Or should i just dispose of it myself? Seems a waste. Please advise.

You can print off a free Royal Mail returns label and return such items to Sky for recycling by following the instructions here:

If you try the following you might even get it working again so you would have a spare: Hold the remote at each ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a cloth. Even though it sounds an unlikely solution it has got many faulty remotes working again (including my own on 2 occasions).
