Sky class no power
Sky glass TV had it for four hours no power not turning on whatsoever now. when first initially set up came on for the first time to set up my broadband once it was on and then powered down could not get the TV to switch back on spoken to the guys at Liverpool one at the shop gave me some advice still not working.

If you've tried turning it off at the wall for a minute then powering it back on and there's still nothing happening then you'll need to ring Sky for further troubleshooting and potential replacement (if you are within the 2 year warranty period.)

As @Mister_Dalek has pointed out this is a customer helps customer forum. We are fellow subscribers! Sky have a help article relating to this issue. Try following ALL the steps here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass#:~:text=Try%20the%20recovery%20process.....
If that doesn't work, you will need to speak to Sky customer services.

Have you checked mains cable is fully in socket? Try with another cable in case problem with cable/plug.
