Reset

hello, I've been trying to activate my sky glass for 4 days, I called and spoke with a young lady who told me to do a hard reset. I can't even see the amber and green light, it just flashes red, is it faulty or what can I do?

Get rid now,TVs are unreliable junk.

In your opinion @roger1949. For balance, I've had a Glass TV and 4 pucks and had far less issues than I did with Sky Q! I understand you have had issues, but maybe trying to help might be more useful to the OP!
