Do you have internet on any other devices ?
have you tried pulling the plug for 10 mins?
there's a setting to reset network settings also if you have tried the above
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.

Re: No tv Internet connection
If the device shows it's connected to the broadband router but has no internet access, try the following steps: restart your router and the device, check for any service outages with your ISP, and ensure all cables are securely connected. If the issue persists, contact your ISP for further assistance.

Re: No tv Internet connection
@Tony+Arnall I have experienced the same issue on occasions (it's pretty rare though). The following should help: Put the Glass TV into Standby and then unplug both your Glass and Broadband router. Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your Glass/Puck TV back in and when that has also rebooted you should have your internet back.
