Hi I had an engineer come round on Monday and said I would hear about my replacement tv within 36 hours. I have heard nothing yet. Thanks keith

is the tv in or out of warranty

I'm not sure. He was sent by sky. I have had the tv less than 2 years so I'm guessing it's under warranty
