@Gary+Woolley  Have you tried unplugging teh TV for a few minutes then plugging back in?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Gary+Woolley Welcome to the forum. The following usually works in this situation provided there is no major issue with the router or Glass TV..

 

Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have picked up the internet connection.
