Remote

I've left Sky but have a Sky Glass TV.

The remote works for Sky but now I've left I need a normal remote that works with Freeview.

For instance, I can't access the BBC Red Button service because I don't have a Red button on my Sky Glass remote.

When I left I was told by Sky they would send me a replacement remote by 12 weeks.

That hasn't happened

@Wardy1611 When I cancelled my Glass TV and moved to a puck I should have received one of the alternative remotes but I never received it.  As @Jporch316 says you need to chase it up. Personally  I didn't bother to chase for mine as I had already sold my Glass TV.
