Refuse delivery to cancel a Sky Glass order

If I refuse a delivery of Sky Glass tv, will that automatically cancel the order, just realised it's not a Gen 2, would like to cancel and reorder Gen 2, but delivery coming in the morning.

If you have ordered a new TV from Sky it should be Gen2. (Unless you have ordered Air?). What makes you think it's not?

 

Ait will try to arrange redelivery. If they cannot after a week they will cancel.However note you will need to understand go a further credit check when ordering again, unless paying in full.

 

Sky say:

 

"We’ll hold onto your order for one week. After that, or if we miss you a second time, your order will be automatically cancelled."
