Please can you clarify? Do you mean you have added something to your puck playlist but it's not syncing? Have you you rebooted both devices? Is this a new set up? Are you using profiles?

Thanks for the reply. 

 

Yes new set up today.  Added 3 profiles via Puck non of which are showing on glass TV.

 

Have not tried powering down yet but will do.

Rather than a power reboot, you can do a Sky Stream puck/Sky Glass TV settings restart.

A cure to try for any glitches going forward or to clear your cache occasionally.

 

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.


Different ways to get to the settings menu;

Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the ahome menu.

When profiles were first introduced the initial sync of profiles took some time. See if it appears in the morning. Once this initial sync is done anything added after should be instant.
