I have been on the phone several times to sky as they took 2 months bill from me and I have been told I am getting it back this was 2 week ago and still nothing

Hi @Paddyscott We are all customers like yourself on this forum so will not be able to help with your refund issue. You will need to cal Sky again or go down the route of making a complaint
