Frozen

Watching paramount,  it keeps freezing and then can't do anything else,  change program,  it's just frozen 😑 tried Watching a different channel then come back to paramount but still on same program frozen.  Wot will sort this program.  Help.

Have you tried a reboot?

 

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

This doesn't work I've reset load of times and it just keeps happening, my only choice is to unplag and wait a couple of minutes.

 

 even worse since I upgraded my sky Broadland speed.

 

I'm actually considering giving up and going back to normal tv.

Have you tried logging into the Paramount+ app on another Smart TV?
