Missing plastic spacers from brand new sky glass tv

We have unpacked the bracket for our new 65" sky glass tv but there are no spacers? 
Eanted it all set up for Xmas wont be happening at this rate which is making me consider cancelling it altogether!

@ClaireStevens Double check the packaging if you still have it as I recall someone else with a similar complaint a few months ago and they found them tucked away in some corner of the packaging. 

If not you will have to call Sky to discuss the matter.

Black or white spacers?

You'll find black spacers on Amazon and eBay, including through the official Sky spares partner

White spacers may be harder to locate.
