Hi Sky
I've just signed up for Sky stream with the puck and the very helpful person who l signed up with said that Netflix comes as basic but you can pay £4 extra to get it in HD which l did is this right?
Also l under stood the puck comes with HD built in. I have got all Sky sports and it's showing a £2 charge showing for HD. I wasn't told of this charge. Any help on the above would be helpful.
Thank you

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Ron+1066 It is included as standard but sky shows the hd element of sports separate on billing
if you add the two lines together they should total the agreed price for sports
basic Netflix on sky doesn't include hd you would need the standard Netflix for that at extra cost which I think is where the £4 comes from

Many thanks for your answer. When l looked at the drop-down menu before ordering it is £4 for using 2 appliance it didn't mention HD. Thinking back to my conversation with Sky he did say l would have Netflix standard so as you say l should have HD in Netflix when l receive my puck.
On the Sky sports issue my future bills are showing £2 above the agreed price for May & June this includes broadband too and the broadband side of it looks ok. I understand these future bills take a while to sort themselves out but l would have thought it would have done so by 21st June.

It seems the bill will sort itself out once l activate the puck. Thanks for your helpful replies.
