Who ate sky livingstone

I've paid a very high price indeed over the last week or so,because I changed my mind about skyglass,,I had it two days and then arranged for it all to be picked up,,they forgot to box up the screws for the stand and they also forgot the remote, after me handing them the remote, they still forgot it,,so I reported this to skyglass and asked fir a returns bag so they could get it back, skyglass told me it's not something they doand that I should just forget about it,,so I told them I'd take out the batteries and put in a kitchen cupboard incase I get contacted about it in the future , For something so simple, like packing away a tv,it's back stand and it's remote,it was a complete mess,,now I've been charged £43 by this satellite equipment supplier called sky livingstone,,I've not been told what for,,its just come out of my bank account,,so I assume it has something to do with this,,I've spent nearly 16 hours in total on phone calls to sky and there various departments, being shoved from pillar to post getting all this mess sorted out,,also yes I returned the tv before the cooling off period as I returned it in two days,,This in itself caused a problem because I'd returned the tv so promptly they couldn't bill me for Aprill because of how their billing is arranged, so I get to pay double in May,,,this is totally all sky's mess and I'm paying through the nose for it,,

I'm not fully aware of your situation obviously but I have found that the billing team do resolve payments / refunds etc. usually within a monthly billing cycle. If nothing else returns aside this is something Sky are extremely good at.

If you don't get a result then escalate through the complaints team and keep following your account update in the My Sky app so you can be armed with up to date info.

Good luck.

I'd imagine that's a bank reference for Livingston in Scotland where Sky has a substantial presence.
