QVC - when adding to my playlist it says added but once the programme has recorder it disappears?

I often record qvc episdoes to review the fashion for work purposes however when i add it to my playlist it will say added, then when i go into watch the episode it has dissapeared and then somtimes everything comes back! very frustrating.

I'm guessing Sky and QVC don't have an agreement in place for Sky to take cloud recordings of their shows.

 

In all likelihood they probably never thought about your use case when it does make sense for people to want to go back and watch older shows, as being a shopping channel most of their viewers would typically be watching live to purchase goods.
