Hi

 

the puck hasnt turned up with the order. The tv and wifi box has arrived but there is no puck?

@Barney53545  You wouldn't get a wifi box sent with your Glass TV order, it sounds like it is the puck you ordered.

I'm a new customer. The new package was a glass tv, WiFi and a puck but the puck hasn't turned up??

@Barney53545  Broadband orders will take 10 working days to be installed/activated from the date of ordering, the hub is sent a few days before the go live date.

 

Can you post an image of this wifi box you have?

@Barney53545  You'll need to call Sky regarding the missing puck

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
