Normally symptomatic of a poor broadband connection to the TV.
What is your broadband speed? What speed is the Glass TV actually receiving?
To find out, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu at the top left, by clicking on your profile avatar, then run a network check.
You need a minimum constant speed of 25Mbps to have any hope of receiving a stable service.
Give the TV a reboot by turning it off at the wall for a few minutes too, then power it back on.

@you can normally clear this error by either pulling the plug for a few minutes or choosing the restart option from the glass TVs setting menu
