@Niamh+w  Whilst Sky try to find a fix the only way I have found to get thing running as normal again is to reboot the Glass / Puck. Go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes a couple of minutes and you wiull have a blank screen for a while whilst it reboots.
