I may be going mad!

I can't find a link to the sky glass tv manuals. I have ordered the 55 inch, and I've been told that sky doesn't provide physical manuals, just downloads which is fine, unfortunately I'm unable to locate the link despite using the help assistant bot, who's only reply to repeatedly reworded requests for a manual is "oops something went wrong. Type in more than 7 words etc."

I want to familiarise myself with my tv before it arrives. 

Surely it should be easier than this.

I have never seen an online manual for the Glass TV but there are numerous videos on YouTube and the Sky website on setting them up etc. (see the link at the bottom of this forum page) Basically plug it in an follow the instruction but make sure you are signed into your MySky account at www.sky.com and use the email address registered to Sky.

During the setup you will be asked for your PIN number which by default is the last 4 digits of your phone number registered with Sky.

There's no such manual.  As @Fothergill1 indicates, information is online, but be aware that a considerable amount will relate to the first generation (2021-2024) model.

Thanks for the info my friend, I'm grateful for your input.

I can't believe there's no manual, almost £1000 for a tv and I have to search for videos to find out how to use it and what it does.

I bought a hand held fan for a tenner and the online user manual was ten pages long.......
