The picture quality and definition especially in dark or black parts is pretty awful. Doesn't matter what the source is Sky, YouTube or any other service. Currently in vivid setting but same in all of them, just plain rubbish to view.

Sky Glass is a mid-range LED backlit LCD VA panel. It's not high spec. Local dimming can help make blacks look okay but it's never going to look as good as a decent OLED TV.
If you've only just got it then you can return within 31 days for a full refund. A Stream puck attached to a better specified smart TV will offer you much more versatile experience.
