Playlist

  • Hi could anyone help  I often use playlists on sky glass so know I am doing correctly and made a playlist for the great big pottery show now when I try to watch it when I press play the screen just goes black and won't play it used to do okay before but now just won't play other players are still okay. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

There are issues with the Channel 4 app on Sky Glass at the moment. It's doing this black screen thing for quite a few customers. Sky and Channel 4 are investigating apparently but there's no definitive fix at the moment. 

Have you tried rebooting your TV? Turn it off at the wall for a few minutes then power it back on and allow it to restart.
