Pin issues and subscription

Pin issues and subscription Having both issues at the moment.I put in the correct pin but says I have not reset pin and still says the same.I also having issues with subscription saying don't have the correct one to watch this channel.it's affecting various channels including Sky news.Anyone else having theses issues.

Hi @Totalwar2 try restarting in the first instance to see if that resolves anything. If not leave it unplugged for a few mins and then try again. 

  1. Go to Settings
  2. System management
  3. Resets & updates
  4. Restart device

There was some issues yesterday evening on voice control and playlists and it could be that there's still issue's and you're being affected by this.
