I paid my sky glass tv on the 25/02/2025 but it's showing as not paid but it has gone out of my account

Did you make a manual payment? If so, it's probably shown as a credit against your next bill leaving your current bill unpaid.

Did you make a manual payment? If so, it's probably shown as a credit against your next bill leaving your current bill unpaid.

So thats the issue, that will go as a payment towards your next bill, once your bill is generated the automated payment system will kick in and schedule the payment via the direct debit or card details yo have setup on your Sky account. You should never make manual payments for Sky ( unless you are doing something like trying to pay off a credit agreement for a phone or TV a bit earlier), as the T&Cs state you have to have direct debit or card details setup on your account which will be used to collect the payment.
