You will need to provide more information. At what stage are you getting stuck?

It just goes to a blue screen saying if this message appears in 4 hours ro contact sky but I'm getting no help at all . It won't let us connect to paramount

I've done everything says. It does not work. I feel I've been falsely led with t he package . Not impressed at all

Maybe you should contact Sky then? We are primarily other customers on here.
Ring 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone or use the Contact Us option in the forum footer.
