Message of "please wait for your program to load" constantly across top of screen. Goes black after a minute or so. Flick off then back on to the channel, & can see the picture - but process happens again & again. Abysmal service that costs a fortune. Poor quality & value with these errors so common.
@Monki Try restarting your TV via the Settings menu (not factory reset though). I've just gone onto cricket and no issues here, so it sounds like a 'you' issue! (I just mean you're the only one having it, not that you're the issue!)
