Page restricted

I'm trying to set up Sky stream and activate it, when I use the QR code on the screen and log in it keeps saying this page is restricted, how do I get round this? My account is linked and I have a Sky ID I've followed the steps on the help section but nothing works!

Try logging in on the website with your SkyID first, then scan the QR code.
