Out of sync dvd playback

Anyone know how to sort out of sync dvd playback on sky glass ? 
I've gone into settings and can't find advanced setting or anything like audio delay sorting ??

There aren't any.  Is this actually a DVD player or a Blu-ray player?

Oh it's a blue ray I think and thanks for replying

Sky glass small 1st gen I think and Panasonic blue ray

Is the player on HDMI #3?

Have you tried toggling the 'compatibility' option in the Settings?

I think it's in hdmi 1 far left and how do I toggle ??? I cannot find anything in settings and audio that I can change apart from the ms which it's in 20ms at mo and I've change to 0 and 40 and nothing changed ?

I believe the option only appears when an optical player is on HDMI #3

It felt like there's only two hdmi ports I've change ports

Sorted thanks it's in the 2nd port and works fine now
