Nowhere to type code in

Followed on screen instruction and can't find where to type code

@Mr+m+strange  If you have followed the setup steps there is a weblink you need to type into a web browser to be able to input the code, have you put the link into a web browser?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What code are you talking  about ? If it's  the code to link the tv to your account, you need to do this on the my sky  app go to product settings  and then manage device  and click on activate  device

Hi @Mr+m+strange although you don't say so I am assuming you are trying to enter the activation code during setup.

 

Are you signed into your My Sky account at  https://www.sky.com/mysky If not sign in before entering your activation code.

 

Once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate This is where you can enter your activation code that appeared on your screen during setup.
