It's a known issue which allegedly has been resolved. Try power cycling your TV and see if it helps.

Re: Problem with sky glass
How is your tv connected to the Internet wifi or ethernet cable, ethernet cable is better and more stable then wifi, and also what is your broadband speed to the tv ? You fine this out by opening Netflix going to help opening that and running check my network, that will show you what speed your tv is getting

Re: Problem with sky glass
A similar problem affected some customers.
It has been resolved with the latest UI release.
See this answered post on the 'now closed' thread.
If you still have a problem.
First if you have not done so already, try a restart of your Sky Stream box;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.
Could you also let us know how you connect your Puck, ethernet or wifi?
Plus, also provide us with a speed test as follows;
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times between tests, over a half hour period
What is your speed?
Can you let us know the UI version for your puck as listed in your puck settings, under Systems Management?
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.
