Not loading since outage

Since the outage a few months ago sky glass keeps not loading, picture and sound going oit of sync, most days we turn off at plug turn back on it sorts it for an hour then happens again weve also refreshed the wifi hub its getting very annoying

did you carry out the reset procedure at the time?

 

If so it maybe worth pullling the plug for a few minutes on the glass and also rebooting your router

Have you tried the reset network in the settings ? If that doesn't work I am able to escalate your post to the online support team

Yep i have resorted to an upgrade on my hub we couldnt watch more than 5 minutes of tv yesturday before it went black and said wait.for.program to load or technical.issue
