Not happy with Sky Glass
This is absolutely garbage don't know why I moved to sky glass like the idea of having all services on one package but there is no functionality I thought that it would be roughly the same as sky Q which had some good sorting functions and channel types could be viewed as a group with this you got to remember the channels I am not happy with this system but stuck with it and sky glass TV but as soon as I can this will be sold and change away from SKY beware the marketing guff of sky glass and look into it properly before buying

Re: Change My SkyGlass order
Yes, as with anything you buy, take the marketing hype with a pinch of salt, and research thoroughly so that you have a good understanding upfront of what you're buying. The more you're paying, the more research required.

Re: Change My SkyGlass order
Be aware that Sky Glass has a very low resale value. If you wish to get rid of it sooner rather than later then you can legitimately cancel any streaming TV package with 31 days notice (even 18 or 24 month contracts) as they are not fully paid for in advance.
You will however, need to continue to pay off any remaining balance on the loan for the purchase of the TV itself, whether you keep hold of it or not.

The channel categories are in a floating menu on the left of the screen when the channel list is being viewed.

Re: Not happy with Sky Glass
It's a shocking piece of kit isn't it. The last 3 days I've had to constantly unplug it then plug it back in because of the 'please wait for your programme to load' message. It's on the normal channels I watch and even the box sets or anything on my play list. I've had it too long now to change it back to Q but I'm so fed up with it. Maybe I'll start reading or do a jigsaw puzzle. At least I can finish them eventually!
