No sky kids access

I can't get access to sky kids which I should have free for first two months?

Currently no programmes of this type available.

Yes I signed up for it but when I did it said I could get if free for first 2 months as just returned to sky.

Is it only Sky Kids that gives that error? Is any other Sky content working?

What Sky TV service do you have?

Think it's sky glass with movies and kids, streaming etc?

Does it show the Kids listed under Your Content Packs?

Yes it does. I've just tried different channels in it and they worked so wondering if it's the time for some channels as was just testing them out to make sure they worked?

I'd suggest trying a reboot of the Glass TV and see if that fixes it then.

Just turn it off at the plug for 30 seconds and then turn it back on and see if that helps.

Thank you for all your help. Think I'll be phoning sky as also having resolution problems so can't sign into Netflix as some letters are off the screen. Tried all on tv to no avail...you couldn't write it!
