No currently playing channels, but can watch items in my play list.

Only had Sky Glass for a couple of weeks, but already regretting it. Before I could only get BBC1, as it said I had no internet, modem not working. This was not true, WI-FI for other items was fine. Today, I have no access to 'currently playing', including BBC1, but can get things to play on my playlist. Sometimes you just want to watch the news.

I'm finding the whole system very frustrating. This is not the fun experience I was lead to believe it would be

@Nici12

Have you tried a reboot? Turn off at the wall for a minute then back on.

You have 31 days from activation to return for a full refund if you don't get on with it.

In fairness to @Nici12 they are new level0 with an issue and @skytec is a 5 year old account ok no posts but kudos to @Nici12 finding it and assuming!

So to point you in the right direction @Nici12  and provide some guidance give Sky a call highlight your issues and get them to open a tech support ticket against your account just in case you are unable to resolve your problems within 31 days.
