Sky glass remote

My sky glass remote doesn't seem to be working for example when I prese the left hand side on my remote ( on circule but , where you Would press left) it seems to turn my tv off. It's like my remote is out off tune please can someone help me

@Tino128 Try a hard reset of the remote as follows:

With Glass / puck turned off at the wall:

Hold 4 & 6 for 10 seconds

Hold 7 & 9 for 10 seconds

Turn on glass / puck & wait for it to reboot & go to homepage

Hold 1 & 3 until it says it is connected (or follow on screen messages)
