No connection

You installed sky glass yesterday and the engineer couldn't connect me . He said there was a system fault . You did a reboot last night but that hasn't worked either. I still have no connection and about to cancel my contract

No we are fellow customers as this is a customer helps customer forum.

 

You will need to call Sky for assistance or you can provide more information and the community will try it's best to assist. Sky don't have engineers for Glass or Stream. A 3rd party company delivers and sets up if you pay for it.

 

Did you take Sky broadband? What bit are you having trouble with? Connecting to broadband, activating it?
