@Wms1 is your Sky box connected to a satellite dish? Are you still able to watch live TV?

@Wms1 welcome to this Community of customers, like yourself.

I'm a little confused as to the problem you're having.

Have you changed broadband provider to Sky? Is the problem that your landline isn't working?

When you say you have no network connection on your Sky, do you mean your Sky tv box? Do you have Sky+, where you've posted?

@Wms1

Sky cannot help with the phone line issue: that's provided by Origin if they are your ISP.

Sky+ HD doesn't host apps.  Re-enabling on-demand services may require a network reset, but Sky no longer offers support assistance for the Sky+ platform.

Access Settings: Press the "Services" button on your Sky remote, then select the "Settings" tile.

Navigate to Network: Scroll to the "Network" tab and press "Select".

Reset Network: Press the "Red" button to reset your network connections.

Reconnect: Follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.

I think we may have a terminilogy issue here

Telephone 'Landline' and Broadband (used for Internet) are 2 different services which typically in the past come done the same copper wires

Having no Telephone Landline doesn't mean you cannot get Broadband & thus connect to the internet

Only the broadband internet connection is needed for SKY TV boxes

@nigea99 from their original post, I think the OP has broadband with Origin, but no phone service.

@Wms1 Sky boxes used to require a connection to your telephone line, but that was ended some years ago. It's not the cause of your network connection problem.

I think your Sky box is still looking for its previous connection to TalkTalk. You need to update your Sky box settings, so that it can now connect to Origin instead.

Does your Sky box have a button on the front panel labelled 'WPS'?
