No WiFi

My sky glass isn't working, all green lights on the router are showing, but no WiFi, my mobile Is working on WiFi but I've unplugged both TV and router and still no luck with even thou it says good connection,, Ive run a test to

Hi @Gina+12345  When I have had this issue in the past I found unplugging both the router and Glass/puck for a couple of minutes got my system back on the network but I note in your case it hasn't worked.  Maybe try again but unplugging both for a few minutes and then plugging the router back in.  Wait for it to completely reboot and then plug your Glass back in.  As I mentioned it always worked in my case.
